Huh... never even realized that my text messages were disappearing on soft reset until now... that sucks!
It seems like it deletes them after its booted... I wonder what's causing that? My HTC Home showed 1 text message unread and then *poof* its gone. |

I am noticing that PCM Keyboard 0.7 stops working after awhile, requiring a reboot to fix it. Not sure what may be causing it, but I don't have anything running.

First my thanks to helmi_c, great job.
I'm having a couple of issue with the Telus version. 1. Call History - icons are missing on the left can see the screen behind where the icons are suppose to be 2. HTC Home plugin - clicking on the Ringer:<ring tone name> brings up phone settings without the phone tab (ie just services and more, defaulting on services) thats all for now. |

I just sent myself a few SMS messages and soft reset a few times. No issues and messages were still there after resets. For the record, I stopped using the HTCHp and have replaced it w/phoneAlarm and a few other apps.

Well I sent myself a message, didn't read it, then I soft reset. It showed 1 unread message, then that disappeared, and checking my inbox, there was nothing there...
Oh and by the way, anyone else find it amusing that we can get 30ish megabytes of free RAM on a fresh soft reset with our Today plugins disabled... but Mogul users get no more than 26? |

About 12 hours into it... just a few observations.
1. Battery draw seems to be slightly higher than AKU3.5 v1.0.2 (last one I installed). I ran acbPowerMeter for an hour and it showed a draw of 114mA/hr which is about 20 mA/hr higher than my previous ROM. I *think* I have the same settings (reg hack for always on EvDO, check 3 IMAP accounts every 15 minutes). 2. Video playback seems kind of choppy in both TCPMP and WMP. 3. TCPMP is missing codecs for WMV and WMA files. No real showstoppers... just observations. I'm sure once the kitchen is in place things will clear up a bit. |
