Ok so before i came to c any replies, i had a feeling that when i did the "hard reset" after installing the rom, that I didn't have the soft keys pressed properly and there for only doing a "soft reset" so i did a hard reset and bam, everything is fine... and my appologize for not reading the post right above.. but thank u for ur speedy reply. Gotta love PPCGeeks and their Client Service..lol

In Messaging App I go to storage options and when I try to check "When available, use this storage card to store attachments" it tells me my storage card has no space left. I have checked that the phone recognizes the storage card and that there's enough space (> 1 gig).

Sorry if anyone else posted this as I tried to search and read through the endless posts, but only made it half way.

i installed the wm6 on my verizon xv6700 non 1.02 bootloader. my txt messages seem to be "delayed"

by delayed i mean that when i look at my phone, the htc home shows 0 new txt messages. ill get a new txt notification and it will say 2 new txt messages, i goto the inbox and one is from a second ago, and the other is from an hour ago.

i saw it happen multiple times where it wouldnt notify or show as a new txt message.

so when i was txting back and forth with people, when i didnt get a response after a while, i would click on the 0 displayed for new messages, and it woud THEN notify me of a new txt and show it on the screen.

i did let the carrier customizations install and am going to try that now.

anyone else have any clue or see a similar problem?

other than that, it has been amazing =)

one quick q'stion... do i need to install Microsoft .NET 2.0 or is it already in the WM6rom update?

@ saqer: its looking at ur ext rom which isnt empty i guess. use this to hide the ext rom and it will use ur storage card.
hide ext rom
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\StorageManager\Profiles\ TRUEFFS_DOC1]
"MountHidden"=dword:00000001

The keyboard imitates the mogul now with wm6. You can now use letters in smartdial. Although, if u press the alt key you will still get the numbers across the top.
So if smartdial is open in landscape your keyboard will imitate mogul.

I also noticed the same issue trying to type (in landscape mode of course) on MS Live Search today screen, but in other apps it works normally. Is this something fixable?

I'm having the same problem with Live Search and not being able to type in the letters of the top row of the Apache keyboard. Only the numbers will show up, no matter what I try with the red dot and shift, or alt.

MS live search is a different issue. thats a driver issue.
