neither of these examples are the same, the crime I am referring to is only punishable IF the other party presses charges. your examples do not have the same prerequisite. so i can tell someone how to keep their woman's mouth shut, and if these tactics work and she doesn't call the police then noone is prosecuted. the neighbors can call the police, but it is up to her to press charges.
