well, make sure ur sd card is formatted to FAT32, once u've done that, download cmonex's unlocker instead. to unlock via sd, find the ruu_signed_.nbh file, rename it to PANTIMG.nbh, and paste it to the root of ur sd card. now if the card was already formatted to FAT32, delete all the other images from the root of ur sd card. and only paste the newly renamed .nbh to the root of ur sd card. to unlock via usb, sync ur fone to a pc using activsync or wmdc. run the unlocker application. now, i've noticed that unpluginng the fone when u cee the tri-color screen and then replugging ur fone completes this process(shudnt have to do this when flashing roms, ONLY when unlocking the device) once everything is done go back into bootloader, it shud say .36.cmonex now.

1st, I'd like to thank you for this update. I was able to download this with no major problems. Now WMDC doesn't recognize my phone when I plug it with the USB. Please help.

did u try the basics 1st? soft reset, check or uncheck advanced functionality? reboot pc?

I am using Vista Ultimate 64 Bit. Had the issue with adding hardspl through usb. Unplugged after bootloader started, plugged back in and process completed. Thank you for all the info.

I had trouble keeping my phone connected with activesync. I downloaded the cab file thats recommended when you have this problem. I still couldnt get this to work. Finally I downloaded CFAY_Treo_Pro_WM6.5_1.0.rar from this site and it installed without any issues. Just thought I would share that with people having problems flashing their phones.

It's all about where you disconnect and reconnect your usb when running HardSPL. Like me most of the lick is on the 2nd screen before the unlocker begins to run

im confused too

I followed all of the instructions. I passed the tricolor screen and went to the gray screen with a bar and it reached 100% and said i have successfully updated the rom, but when i check to see if i did, it doesn't say 0.36cmonex it says the same thing it had before.
