Re: Panther_CDMA (treo pro CDMA) Hard-SPL is here now!
I have sprint palm treo pro which I am trying to upgrade to winmo 6.5.1. When phone boots in sspl mode, it shows this information
PANT200 MFG SPL-0.32.SSPL CPLD-2 After this tricolor screen, it loses usb connection. I have tried Windows Vista 32 bit, Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and Windows Xp 32 bit. Whether activesync 4.5 or WMDC 6.1, usb connection is lost as soon as SSPL screen loads . Is there any other way of upgrading to hardspl? Thanks |

Just flash Sprint 1.04 Stock rom to your treo pro.
It WILL relock the phone lol. To original SPL |

Alright, after messing with it about 20 times, I finally got this to flash and so forth.
I followed RKnight and someone else's suggestion of dling the enablerapinew.cab and starting the process, then disconnecting the phone and reconnecting it. Thanks guys. |

Re: Panther_CDMA (treo pro CDMA) Hard-SPL is here now!
I did everything including disconnecting the usb at the beginning and reconnecting it, I got to the verify the ROM update screen... (which doesn't show current image version(its blank) but shows update to 0.36.HSPL) so I push update and it updated 100% on computer and 100% on phone... the phone reboots and it is still 6.1 and when I go to do it again I still get. I tried camera+power+soft reset ....
and still: Windows mobile v6.1. PANT200 MFG SPL-0.32.SSPL CPLD-2 I am running Windows XP I have a sprint treo pro in California, do I need to unlock it or something? cuz i redid the process 4 times with no result. Last edited by freddogg; 10-01-2009 at 04:04 PM. |

Re: Panther_CDMA (treo pro CDMA) Hard-SPL is here now!
Can't wait to get this working, but stuck at the moment. I can get past the "tricolor" screen, and successfully dis/reconnect the USB cable to be able to verify the phone, but I cannot get past 0% on the actual flash, and am presented with Error 262. I have tried three times to get it to go but the same result every time. Thoughts?
