Copy the contents of app.reg from opera beta 2u. You may have change the install path though. I replaced \\windows\\ with \\Program Files\\Opera Mobile 10\\

Here's another NOOB question. I tried using CAB Converter to make an EXT file and it does nothing. I installed it to the C:/ directory and even tried pasting the exe to the C:/ directory and it still does nothing? Want to make custom EXT files and other than CAB Converter, all I get when I google it is how to make an extended ROM that runs cabs.

Also, I noticed that the ROM doesn't read any of the .tsk files on the root of my SD card when every other ROM that I have ever run does. How do I fix this?

It sounds like the checkbox that NEPATR1OTS mentioned, but...
fyi- I like to go through the OEM and SYS folders and delete the exe's, dll's and mui's that are getting the overwrite warnings as well.

The InternetTab is looking to the \Windows folder for OperaLexe and/or Opera9.exe.
There's a really good xda-dev thread on All Opera Versions that might help you see if there is a workaround or not.

Looks like calk is gonna release and updated kitchen pretty soon the link on the second post has been updated for the 1.6 kitchen that hasnt been uploaded yet. Wonder what goodies hes got for us?

LOL you know I think I had the exact problem at first. After you select the cab for conversion it will show it in the big window. Before you hit convert you have to click on it in the window of the program (it will highlight). If you are converting multiple cabs you need to select them all.

Two great tools are OEMizer & Package Creator v2.7. You can find OEMizer in the kitchen and Package Creator here or over at xda.

Ya it didn't work, actually made it worse if you can believe that. If your lucky you installed the cab and can uninstall it other wise if you over write the manila file your screwed.

Works fine.....if you have the rest of the Manila files CFC'd and you install that cab it will lok awful because the file included isn't cfc'd. Here's a cfc'd version to try.
