For some reason I keep on getting Error 262 Communication during Step 2. It won't go past zero.

Any Ideas?

Finaly on third step it sais that please now unlock your phone, but on the phone it displays that Locked - Radio cannot unlock

Oh boy. Anyway, to answer your question you should be just fine using gsm only since the esn on the cdma side will be a bad one.

the esn is bad only for the branded service provider. he could use it on a cdma network, like metropcs if unlocked and metroflashed properly.

Oh I knew that, its just that he was specifically asking about gsm use. I know you can flash to cdma carrier if you have a bad esn with sprint, I was just saying it wouldn't affect his gsm use.

How can I get this unlocker?

are you sure you completed HPSL? check bootloader and make sure it says cmonex
