what happend is that i can't sync my TP2 with computer via cable..!
any idea ?

Get to your bootloader screen, and if you were successful, you'll see 1.00.OliNex.

I had to get my device replaced; and now I'm unable to unlock my replacement TP2.

I submitted a support ticket quite awhile ago, but still no response. (I even paid for the GSM unlocker!)

How long does it usually take?

No, the 32-bit version will run fine on Vista 64.

If it's been more than a week try dropping a *polite* note to Cmonex or Olipro directly. Since it's around the holidays they may not be checking their emails are frequently as before.

Ok, new to the touch pro 2 here. When trying to auto unlock I get an error saying Ive already unlocked a phone and need to purchase to unlock more. when trying to manually unlock, the manual unlock exe freezes my phone up. Any help would be great.

I just put in a ticket...I downloaded the unlocker when I first got my phone...several weeks ago...didn't unlock though...redownloaded today...just in case any updates were made...

Sure enough...says I've already unlocked...
