it's just the usage detection algo 99% working, no sw algo can work 100%. it is not intentional, and I allow the device on request after manually checking, but anyway, we'll change the limit to make it easier

Hardspl does nothing on my machine. When I run it the mouse cursor briefly changes to an hourglass and then nothing happens. Rebooting, etc does not solve the problem. I have tried both the standalone and cid/security/sim versions and neither one does anything. Entering the bootloader on my phone confirms that it is *not* security unlocked.

I am using a Sprint branded HTC Touch Pro 2. I am also running Windows Server 2008 r2 Enterprise x64 (free for students, yay), does this have anything to do with it? I have WMDC 6.1 installed, and I was able to unlock an HTC Touch Pro last week with no problems.
