the unlocker comes as a zip file, so you have to extract it first. download it to your desktop, then right click on it and choose extract. Then, you will see the new file that was extracted. Right click on it and choose run as administrator.

Has anybody opened a ticket recently? I'm trying to unlock a second device, the first one being that of my father, which worked perfectly. I've tried it on different computers at different people's houses and I always get the same error, so I sent a ticket to support at HTC-unlocks. Reason I'm here? They never answered and it's been almost two weeks... Anybody know what's up with them?

Hey guys,

I have a friend trying to unlock is Sprint Pro 2. I tried to do it for him, but since I had already unlocked mine, it wasn't working. Got the "unlocked another device" message. Which is understandable. So I told him to use his computer at home. Which he tried to do tonight, for the first time, ever. And his computer gave him the same message. "unlocked another device". Well we both know for sure that he has not used the Rhodium Unlocker before, on his computer, or for his Sprint Pro 2. Anyone know why he would get that message on a fresh computer and internet connection?

I don't want to bother CMONEX with it just yet. Thought I'd ask here first.

his phone was flagged when you tried to unlock it on your computer. so you have to pay or open a ticket

Can you imagine how much money these guys have made? And it's all "donated" so that means it's all tax free. I know they aren't american, but i'd love to see their government check them out. I'm sorry but, their support is horrible. The most amusing part is, you "donate" but if you donate less than $24 american... it's rejected.


That being said, maybe i'm jaded. For personal use i tried to flash another phone... now get this


Different OS with a different IP and it says it's already been done.. There's noway they can track that unless they are tracking ethernet adapter addresses. My MAC address is different with the different operating system..

Holy shit... the "donation" is up to $24 now? That is absolutely ridiculous. They are tracking the IMEI of the phone, so as soon as you tried to unlock it from a PC that has already done so, the new phone is now blacklisted until you either pay or wait up to a week for support.
