Unfortunately, my USB connector broke and VZW is willing to replace my phone. (Ie. power charges but after trying several cables, computers and hard reset on phone it still won't recognize the USB connection)

I need to restore the original SPL since I was able to restore the ROM?Radio already via sdcard. When I try to extract(using universal exractor) the nbh file from your exe, it fails and I beleive I need it to restore the original SPL via SDcard.

Can somebody turn me onto the original SPL for the RHOD500 or suggest another approach? I still get the B04 info on the first flash screen.

if you download the relocker zip file from post 2 to your desktop, then extract it to get the exe file, then open the exe file, it extracts itself to wherever that file is located. Then you will see the RUU_Signed.nbh file

Thanks and I can't beleive I missed that. For those looking for the same file, run the relocker.exe as admin and don't cancel the RUU startup screen. Cancel will erase the files that were extracted but you can see them while the app is running.

BEWARE! Unfortunately, I think it's a brick now. after loading the old SPL from SD card, the rainbow screen shows some error text under the TPMFG data area then goes to the grey screen and freezes showing 'loading...". If no sd card is available, it stays on the rainbow screen.

Can I ask for a lifeline? any ideas? Thansk in advance.

what old spl are you talking about?
to fix your problem, put the stock rom nbh on your mem card and flash it.

I believe that is what I have done. i extracted the files from post #2 again. I copy RUU_signed.nbh to root of sd card and rename it to RHODIMG.nbh. Press vol down, power and end buttons to get the bootloader screen. when the grey screen came up, it asks to update the bootloader SW by pressing power. After pressing power, it reset with an error on the bootloader screen and switches to grey screen saying "loading..."

Did I use the correct nbh?

yea, thats the right nbh to relock your phone.

to fix your problem, put the stock rom nbh on your mem card and flash it

Thanks for your patience and help. OS & phone restored. I am writing out the steps for others.

I started over by extracting and loading the RUU_Signed.nbh (copy to SD card and rename RHODIMG.nbh) from RUU_Rhodium_W_VERIZON_WWE_1.18.605.12_RS_1.88.07WV _NV_VZW_1.65_0811_PRL58002_Ship. It loads the original bootloader, splash1&2, radio & OS and completes successfully. Phone is back to working order. THANKS.

I tried to run the RUU_Signed.nbh from post #2 to restore the SPL and it hangs on grey screen with "Loading..." but no impact to the OS.

I originally was trying to remove the red diagnostics on the startup screen starting with B04 in the lower left corner. I thought that was an artifact of the HSPL. I don't believe that was there from VZW.

Do you know how to remove those diagnostics?
