I am brand new to this flashing stuff and got the same results you reported. Turns out the Unlocker actually worked even though it looked like it crashed. To check if it worked for you enter Bootloader Mode: with the device turned on, press and hold the volume down button along with the power button, then press the reset button with the stylus tip, then release the volume down and power buttons when bootloader tricolour screen appears.

I flashed my phone just this weekend - but I had to get a replacement phone because the audio jack was acting up. Can I get another use of the Unlock program?

just use a different computer on a different internet connection. otherwise you'll have to open a ticket or pay.

I tried this on two different computers with different internet connections but still get a "already unlocked" notice. This is the first time I've ever considered unlocking to flash since finally finding the courage to. Been afraid of the repercussions of flashing but now that I want to, came across the biggest roadblock.

Wondering though, for those getting this issue on their first ever unlock, have you flashed a stock 6.5 official rom? Would that make a difference?

it's really unfortunate that this happens to some people. Only thing you can do is open a ticket and they'll hook you up. Or, If you dont want to wait, you can run the unlocker and choose the pay option and be unlocked in a few minutes.

Downloaded Hard SPL and was attempting to extract to folder when McAffee alerted me that the file contained Artemis trojan. Can someone check the file?

well I messed up once again... used a different internet connection, but my same laptop. So i guess I flagged that IP too, as after that i tried using a different computer on the new connection - and that didn't work either. I've got a ticket open... hopefully they are able to hook me up here.
