its moving extremely slow, EXTREMELY portrate to landscape takes for ever, TF3d is really really slow. im not even using Half of my memory on the device
Hard resetting does not fix lag (slowness) Love the rom, just not the speed. oh Im using Juicy R2

lol yeah Im just happy it worked the VISTA gods sparred me cause I curse the dearly. lol

Wack - that could be the ROM itself then. Have you tried any others? Try Mighty or Elite just to see if the problem is still there.

I went to go download the unlocker and the download link is bad. Where can I get the unlocker from?

i paid for the simcid security and still have errors. like every one else any ideas.

Edit: just got it to work. had to put my phone in gsm only mode.

Thanks that did it, (hard reset again) it put it right back to speed nice and smooth.

I have realized that the "My Location" option for the Weather (which runs on your home screen) DOES n fact slow it up a little. but not much (do you know how to turn off/deactivate that)

My text messages are coming up (2016) I had a cab for the stock rom for the TP2 (worked fine) but doesnt work of Juicy R8 rom, is there another fix?

the cab I installed for (bg for all pages) installs fine but does not work, unless its something else I need to do that IM missing. thanks.

i paid for the sim/cid/security unlocker. it has the hard-spl function in it. i put a sim card in, which put it in to global mode. i then put it in to gsm olny mode. turn off the firewall and anitvirus. stop the norton 360 secuity in admin servies. after that i pluged the phone in via usb. the htc drivers download into the computer, active sync connected. then just ran sim/cid/sec. unlocker, which unlocked the phone, the security and the radio. the errors it gave me before was:
make sure radio was turned on
make sure you are conneted to active sync
my have to download a program.
anit viruis my have shut program down.

again this is with the sim/cid/sec. unlocker not the stand alone hard- spl unlocker. that one told me in have already unlocked a divice. which at that point i had not.

I had to send to warranty my TP2 they returned me another one, my problem is that the program tells me that I have already unlocked one phone. That it is for non commercial use. I have tried putting the phone on another computer and still the same. Can anyone help?

Send a tech support request (ticket) via their site - tell them what happend and they will unlock it. You'll likely have to wait up to a week for them to respond.
