so i have a quick question. Do i have to pay (make a "donation") to unlock my phone using hard spls website. I keep getting an error message regaurding a connection error and what not.

no. you only have to pay if the unlocker says this it detects that you've unlocked before. if you're having connection problems, then look at all the suggestions in post 1 & 2.

What is it saying when you choose the automatic option?

yeah it says it detects something about not being the first time and if i would like to make a donation. So i do have to make a donation to unlock it?

when i do an automatic it doesnt start at all says connection error and then the pop up comes up.

i recall but the bandwith of the website was out so i couldnt download anything so i figured that could have been the issue also just wasnt sure but now ill try it when i get home from work hah. thanks for ur time
