1) the step by step description, troubleshooting tips (in thread and on oursite), and the support site before the site problem happened (and now it's all in order again!!) 2) in the initial weeks I would come back and reply to each question on the forum - this is of course very time consuming so after a while (allowing for time for people to learn how the program works, common errors, etc.) I would let other knowledgeable people help the newbies. other than that, I really would like to make the day longer than 24 hours. :) you are right we did not do a picture or whatever, but I seem to remember that someone else posted a video of the process...? maybe I remember wrong. |

in the past when Hard-SPL was totally unlimited, it quickly got resold on ebay and other places (offline too) by people in the phone business. these phone business people now are forced to come to us and pay instead of ripping a free solution :) we mainly deal with people who sell phones offline, though. as for anyone with the know-how... nope most people do not have the know-how. about the database - it wasn't a joke. it was, indeed, a slap - IN MY FACE. I was pretty upset about it (that also contributed to me being really upset about these forum posts). as for your last line - I have no more to say, if you wish to deliver your slap in my face, come visit me here in Hungary. yes you truly you are a great person for doing that... *sarcasm* |

Hey! Does anyone know when the HSPL will be available for the TP2? Thanks! :D |

I still fail to understand how or why someone would actually purchase HSPL from someone, especially offline. It just doesn't make sense as someone with the desire and know-how to flash cooked roms clearly would never purchase HSPL. It's totally obvious that a sim unlock is a value-added feature to the phones that a business could totally take advantage of in order to make a profit from your hard work, so nobody has any issues with you guys charging for that service. Charging for HSPL... just makes no sense. Regarding the database, didn't it seem a bit odd to you that there were no tickets for multiple weeks? Pretty hard to believe as people didn't just stop getting phones/replacements... :angry7: |

the problem isn't about charging the price anymore, the problem is folks getting replacement devices and still can't hspl or sim unlock them because you guys system isn't letting on the pc they used before no matter how many times they pay. then they pm you and can't get any answers for months. if you started the thread here, it would only make sense that you swing by and check it from time to time. that's called supporting your product. on a side note, only an idiot or extreme noob would buy a flashed phone off the internet. forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=690637 |
