Ok, I have done everything, ran as an admin, added the app to DEP exceptions and still it will not flash.

It just says that it cannot connect to the phone via activesync or Windows mobile device manager.

This is an XP computer.

Help?!

i am trying to download the unlocker but when i try to extract it the folder is empty any help?

sounds like your antivirus is blocking or deleting it. disable antivirus and redownload

nope no anti virus here.. if i double click it on winrar i see it and when i click the exe file it says its corrupt.. then when i try to extract it the folder is empty..

i downloaded the relocker no problem

Make sure you only flash CDMA ROMS or you will mess up your phone. I use Energy leo ROM for Nov. 9th currently but Caulkilins is good too.

RFight click and "extract here". Don't double click it/

If I am exchanging my tp2 because of slow EVDO, does that count as warranty and I need to relock before I send it in?
