Try removing the default stock symbols that were already loaded by default. If I remember correctly, it doesn't like the formatting of a few of them. After that, it should work fine with any symbols that you add.

Probably a dumb question but here goes..

A friend of mine bought one of the Droids (can't remember which) and gave me his perfectly good TP2 and I want to move my number over to it as I am having some microphone problems with mine and have to use a bluetooth earpiece.

What's the easiest way to do it? Do I need to get the correct torques driver and dismantle the phone to pull the SIM card?

No tools needed to pull the SIM card as it's located under the battery, just shut the phone off, pull the battery and then you'll see the SIM card, just pull his and replace with yours.

going to dump arkswitch and hope for some more but this doesn't look promising. I would have stuck to Titanium and IPT but the camera freezes were killing me as I use the camera a lot.

I guess I'll try it for a while. I still have to get sense setup again. I have not used it in quite a while. Maybe winmospeed will help, it's pretty sluggish right now

Another tip is use the metal stylus to place into the small hole located at the top of the Sim card to slide the card out nice and easy.

Hmm I am going to list what I installed after flash with xdauc. Maybe someone can point out the memory hogs in the list.

I am floating around 75meg free now, sigh.

Also some of these might be redundant and fixes might already be in the rom unknown to me. If so please point them out.

I'm using 29022 (July build) and my SMS / MMS count in the slider isn't working at all, I get notices in the top bar (by clock) but not in the icon in the slider row at the bottom. It worked on a previous build I had (jan 2011 I think it was). Is there a setting or cab file I need to fix?

I did read and search high/low here but all I kept finding was the +1 issue no fixes for no counts at all.

I do admit to playing around a while with different cabs for MMS so I may have broken something but I'm not sure. Oh I'm on Sprint if that matters too.
