Ah, I see how now. I was afraid that bending the card that much to slide it up and out would be enough to snap it.
Unfortunately. just swapping the card and turning the phone on and it would magically work isn't in the cards. Looks like I'll have to go through and reflash the ROM too.

if your running a ROM with Cookie cooked in, I don't think you are going to get to the 100mb free mark.
90mb sounds about right.

Cookie will use a lot of RAM.

I was on Titanium and would get 130ish free at start.
Switched to Energy Standard 29022 and getting 115ish free at start.

You could try hard-reset, then load 1 app at a time and see what you get as far as free RAM at startup.

Overclocking with winmospeed won't affect the free RAM.

Thanks Teredog but I think it might be a moot point now. The phone just rolled over on me and played dead. Froze solid. Reboot with reset button and would not boot. Just sat there saying Touch Pro 2. Got it into boot mode and did a task29. Tried to reflash stock rom and it hung at 13% and then rebooted. not nice. Going to try again to reflash to stock. Think I may have a memory issue and I have an extended warrantee but it won't look good if I show up with a screen that says Energy at the bottom.

Figures I was looking at the Samsung Hercules which is supposed to come out to Telus on Sept 26th and they have a good deal on hspa data, 6gb/30bucks which expires on sept 30th. I can't take my $15 unlimited cdma data over to hspa, buggers.

I just wanted my baby to hang in there for another 6 to 8 weeks and then I could retire it and give it to my daughter as a spare.

Wonder how many times I can flash before I have to admit defeat

Whew. 3rd try and got the flash through. Sat there at 13% for 2 minutes. scared the crap out of me.

Relocked and then flashed stock again and same thing, 2 minute wait at 13% and then completed. Never did that before. Must be a bad spot in memory.

one question??? how do I confirm that the phone relocked properly??? If she dies on me and I take it back for exchange it would be rather embarrassing for the guy to laugh at me because he knew I flashed it. You know what warrantees are like. any excuse not to give it to you.

Has anyone else have problems with logging into Youtube via the account manager? I've tried with my gmail email and my regular username and nothing has worked. I'm on the July 4th sense rom. It worked before on a previous version.

I got a used Sprint TP2 and am not sure if this phone is unlocked or not? Can anyone tell me how to check this info.? If not unlocked, how to perform unlocking then? Can I just flash Energy ROM? Is there a link with unlocking instructions?

does not work for me either, and the pre-installed youtube app doesn't even have an option to login (to view subscribed channels, etc.)
