Hooooowevver, the problem with the email is back. It just keeps saying connecting or disconnecting. Sometimes I reset the data connection and it will work again. Other times, reset the data connection, reseting HTC Sense or reseting the phone will not work. Right now, i have an email to go out and nothing I do will make it work. Yet that same email address worked fine yesterday. I never had this problem, ever, with Mighty ROM. I do not understand it

I have another odd problem. I'll set up a reminder with a calendar entry or a task entry, but the reminder doesn't give me a pop up screen to either snooze it or dismiss it. So the reminder keeps going off, and I can't turn it off except to go into the task or calendar entry and turn off the reminder there.

Any of you guys having trouble syncing gmail since about yesterday? Anyone know how to fix it?

Yes I am having this problem and its causing the phone to get really hot and the battery drain very quickly. Only fix for it now is just to stop it from syncing. Its hitting all windows users. I guess Google wants everyone to move to android.

Try setting up Gmail manually. Set it up as a POP account, you'll have to mispell it at first in order for the phone not to default to certain gmail settings, then you can go back and change the name after creating it. You'll also need to go to Gmail first and log into your account and disable IMAP and enable POP. I haven't had the need to try this, but it should work. Let me know.

Check on over at the Google groups. There is a LOT of posts on the IMAP problem that started late last week. Seems that they may have been a "update" or change that is affecting everyone with a WM phone and it still isn't resolved.
