Running 28244 Titanium with SPB Mobile Shell 3.5.5 and on reboot I get 108.58 Free to start. Haven't checked battery life yet

You are speaking about the Windows wallpaper.
Go to Settings/Today: you see that you can change the theme, and down you can choose to use a custom image as wallpaper.

Straight, a few months back you posted Msm CPU Sd which was applied, Maxx134 latest batt savings cab and WMLongLife cab and it did a 360 degree turn for the positive side. I have flashed 28244 with CHT2.0final: it is really great!!
The Wm build is fast, and CHT is lighter than the beta version (with some widget not included in the main app, but downloadable as add-ons).

I want to share a useful thing for all the people that like me use the Sense Start Menu replacement.
In this zip you will find Control Panel shortcuts: put them in your SD and you'll have access to all the settings of the normal control panel (i mainly use the Today shortcut..). I have found them somewhere on Xda...but i don't remember where...so credit goes to the original poster.

Nov 13th cookie 2.0F 28244 seems much slower than Nov 8th cookie 1.8.5 28244 simple sensse. Also there are still batt issues on the Cookie 2.0F. Im going to flash to cookie 1.8.5 to see if i get the speed and batt back. If not then i may switch back to the Nov 8th Rom.
