10/20 cht2.0 TOG 21916--it is flying. OC to 729 (a bit more than my usual--typical is 710) updated d3d drivers and compact start. after 2 hours, sitting at 85mb free. may bump up glyph (i'll loose mem, but can OC to 710 and make up speed and stability)

Is it me, or has it been a long time since sense passes on facebook profile pics to your address book in such a way that it lets you sync your contacts back to an Exchange server with updated pics?
Could have sworn that early 6.5 roms allowed this.

mem is going to fall somewhere around 80 free I'm assuming (and I loaded about 20 cabs). compared to when TP2 first came out, speed and mem are amazing now. takes a good 1min + to load calender on SR oh well.

I asked your first question earlier, and it was confirmed that the fix is already built into the ROM.

As for the second, I use a program called xdashutdown which essentially allows me to turn off the screen, but it allows for the program in the background to continue running. In addition, there is a cab called "enable wifi in standby" or something of that nature which ostensibly is the registry tweak that would allow data to continue being streamed when the phone is idle.

You don't even really need a cab to accomplish this. Just make the following registry edit:

HKLM\Comm\BCMSDDHD1\Parms, then create a dword called "HTCKeepWifiOnWhenUnattended" (without the quotes) and set it to a value of 1

...or, if you don't know how to or don't like making registry edits, you can install my cab below that does nothing more than create the registry edit for you
