would be close enough for me.. the only reason I went 18 was because I usually flash 16 or 12, 16 looked like the best available RAM..(least drop given the other factors) BUT, NRG said he did 22 on all, so I bumped it up 2....? thought I'd try it :>))

*edit* oh I get it.. you haven't flashed to 678 yet! Ha! I thought you were going to reflash 678 to 18 from 20.. Too funny... hurry up & flash man!! :>))

By the way DaveTN.. I think 30 thanks (150 rep) is the magic number.. the most you can give out... (I just counted what I just gave out) .. I think that's what you mentioned a few pages ago... then the button disappears, at least temporarily..

23678 smells like trouble already. editing layers in CHT & now my device has frozen... Im gonna play with it for a little while and see if it works itself out & gets on track

EDIT: Ok after working with the ROM for a while, NO MORE FREEZING and everything seems to be fast & fluid as I add my cabs in & start in on manually putting in my settings

XDA_UC should have a folder on your SD card, when u put cabs or xml files in this folder and run XDA_UC it will automatically import files & install cabs that are in this folder... Thats all that I know & Im pretty sure there is more to it & hopefully somebody will fill in the rest for u

XDA_UC_NET...

the best alternative to XDA_UC, retains almost 100% compatibility with XDA_UC (and I mean almost, I think there are 3 major changes), had a GUI, and IMHO, much easier to setup/use!

Google it (its over at XDA), pretty sick, been using it now, cannot wait for more releases with the features hes planned! (wont matter if Standard.Reference doesnt get updated... ah well back to MR until it is)

6.99 seems to work very well. after about 30 minutes of running I still have 74mb free.
