That worked! Thanks for the help. I took mine out so I could run Android and never put it back it. I shut down the phone, inserted the SIM Card and Restarted and all is well now. Thanks a bunch.

I have been having issues with lockscreen too. Finally switched back to S2U2 for now. Even though it doesnt import your settings properly when you save them. Which is a PITA.

I have a similar problem with the slide out keyboard on ALL of the autorotating tabs as well as the lock screen. I have failed to find any solution. The closest I came was a registry key to deactivate the rotation when the hardware keyboard was opened. Unfortunately, it killed keyboard rotation for pocket outlook (I could live with that) and the registry setting wouldn't "stick" through soft resets. I could not find any working registry entries to keep Sense from autorotating certain tabs.

I have noticed that if the keyboard is opened first and then the phone is rotated, everything works. So I'm guessing that Sense is smart enough to know that the screen is already rotated (by the keyboard) and doesn't rotate again. However, if Sense does the rotation first with the gsensor, whatever drives the keyboard rotation isn't smart enough to know the screen is rotated and tries to rotate it again which makes Sense (in technical terms) go screwy.

The only place where opening the keyboard first does not work is in the lock screen. Opening the keyboard on the lock screen will send Sense wacky and I will often have to soft reset to recover Sense's er, sensibilities.

I REALLY REALLY like this ROM so I'm hoping a solution can be found. From what I've read though, NRGZ28 has a Leo which has no slide out so I'm not sure how he'd be able to test a fix.

Other than that issue though, his ROMs have been really nice and rock steady for me. I appreciate the effort he makes to release these ROMs for a phone he doesn't even use. Thanks NRG!

BTW - Edited to add, I am on the Jul 8, Cookie edition although the couple previous versions I used also had this problem. I want to also add that even when I disable the CHT lockscreen, I still have issues with any autorotating tab on which I subsequently open the hardware keyboard.

What's not working for you? I import the s2u2 Settings.reg from XDA_UC and everything comes over flawlessly, even my background image.

I've noticed the same problems as GT66 with the past few ROM's, including 7/4 GTX, 7/8 MaxSense and 7/10 MaxSense. Has anyone came up with a fix?

Ok, so i have a wierd problem. Sense refuses to load when my sd card is in the phone, when i take it out and restart it is fine. Anyone know why this would be happening?

Perhaps your card is corrupted. I'd try this:

First try to delete \Application Data\HTC from the storage card and see if that helps.

If not, I'd move everything off the card, reformat it then move everything back.

I already backed up and formatted the card. it l deleted \Application Data\HTC from the storage card and that seemed to fix it. Thanks!
