i get the same thing using the program, it looks like it starts to go, the screen flashes but its to fast to see anything on it. then it goes back to the 3 bar, with serial at the bottom

Newbie here: I'm downloading 23569 now and my question is after flashing how do I tether using my laptop? I'm having a headache reading the first pages trying to understand but I can't read all 2069 pages to find out. Can someone show if step by step if possible to tether? TIA

yes, running mighty rom currently. i just used the usb flash and its going now... thanks to all.

Hey im running the 21907 cookie rom and i love the wifi router.. but i had a question if anyone could help me out.. when im running the router and i connect with it from my laptop it works great.. but soon when my phone goes to sleep it disconnects the connection... can anyone help me keep the router running while my phone go to sleep.. or even make the phone not sleep when the wifi router is running..

If you want to do it via SD card next time:
1. Copy the ROM file to the root of your SD card as: RHODIMG.nbh

2. Completely shut off your phone.. If you use "slide to shutdown", be sure to choose "slide to turn off". Otherwise, remove your battery and reinsert it but be careful not to press any buttons replacing the cover.

3. hold the volume down button, and press the power button at the top of your phone.

It should show you it want's to flash the ROM... Hit power button once to continue the flash, or volume down to cancel.

Hope that helps.
