May 1st, 2010 (Latest (and greatest!) Release)

• Added 23566 and 21903 Builds
• Tweaked IE viewport settings so pages fit better at the default zoom level.
• Updated Palringo to 2.3
• Progress bar on music tab was green... now it's blue.
• Added the ability to copy shortcuts (*.lnk) from a subfolder called \XDA_UC\Start Menu to your main Start Menu on the device, to the XDA_UC utility (more on this later...)
• Replaced main GL and D3D drivers to see if it eliminates SOD problems. Landscape scrolling should be better.
• Fixed distored top icons in IE for the Leo (in 6.5.X ROMs)
• Updated "Data Contoller" app to latest version
• Added "Energy Settings Exporter" app, written entirely by yours truly (oooo!)(more on how to use this best... later)
• Updated AdobeFlash codecs and DLLs
• Remote Desktop client updated
• FMRadio application patched (by yours truly) to work whether you have a headset plugged in or NOT
• New, cool, bootscreen animation for the WVGA GTX themed ROMs.
• ROM Updates widget added for the Leo and Rhodium. Other devices will come later...
• Fixed Arskwitch exclusion path in Ameba's settings

Where do you get this? I'm assuming the GSM Rom's are done first and then made for CDMA?

for what it's worth

you can find the configuration for the action screen in HKLM\Software\HTC\BioTouch\ActionScreen.

the image for the background is a ".brn" type. i've googled and downloaded a .bmp -> .brn converter that you could try. i'm guessing that you'll need an image that is exactly 480x800 or the screen won't look right.
each of the action items on the screen are sets of .brn images that are associated with an executable image.
