Hey all, i have a slight issue using the energyrom cookies home-tab, my twitter tab works fine, but for some reason my facebook tab does not display and updates. Facebook in the browser works perfectly so i amm not sure what's really going on ideas?

sure, glad to share it.
there are 2 attached mortscripts. one is a menu that presents toggling of blue tooth, wifi and turning off the data connection.
the first 2 options run programs in the windows directory that come with the operating system. the data connection toggler runs another mortscript.

SO, you can run the menu, select turn off data OR you can just run the turn off data directly.

i have the menu script associated with the left soft key (where it says ACTION by default).

you can do the same by editing (tools -> registry editor) 2 keys:
HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila
HomeLSKPath = "the full directory path and file name"
HomeLSKText = "Toggle!" (that's what i called it.)

Is there a way to disable HTC messaging, im using the 04/20 rom?

Ill take WM messaging as the default, but what id really like is the messaging that was included in a previous rom, I think 02/26, it was my first NRG rom and the SMS was iPhone like, had bubbles that contained each message within a thread. Or really any other suggestions for a messaging program ill take, just hate the HTC messaging.

anyone know how to disable wakeup on slide on this rom? i did the usual reg edit, but i found the edit already in there. i did use task 29 when i flashed to this rom, but i didnt hard reset since i figure task 29 erased everything. im on winmo 6.5, the one with the start at top and using the cookie rom. can anyone help with me this ? thanks in advance

Very weird. I had that issue with the unread msg count still showing up but after texting a bit and even sending an MMS, it disappeared on its own. I did not install the unread sms count cab or anything.
