i wrote a mortscript app that toggles my data connection off for me. it based on a wvga screen. the app sends a "mouse click" to the comm manager window at the coordinates of the data connection's "off-on" slider. works fine for me.

My phone is automatically going into landscape after waking up. It getting kinda annoying. The only way to clear it out is a soft reset, however the phone goes back to landscape on when ever it feels like it. This has happened to me on the Apr 17 and Apr 23 21xxx Roms. I'm running pocket shield as my lock screen. Anyone else having this issue? I've uninstalled Pocket Shield for now to test to see if was the issue.

Ok so no matter what MMS FIX cab I install my MMS still wont work.

So Im in the place to manualy configuer my MMS settings... but what are the settings for verizon?

U do not need a fix cab....

either manually input settings or grab a VZW arc cab and install....

Thanks. I just tried that cab but it still does not work. I did go through all my numbers and deleted all the +1 in front of the numbers - phone numbers look like +1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx (took a while as I had a lot). But it would be nice if this worked. My Outlook had been set to do that automatically and I do not even know how I did it. Although I know that in the past I had changed that setting back and it still did this so it is an annoyance (my Outlook).

Anyone with any other ideas/fixes? I will search the forums again (my searches - probably searched for the wrong things before) did not turn anything up.

Never mind. I found the answer searching all forums. For anyone else that may be having this problem. I went to Phone settings - CDMA Services -> Get Settings and changed to the other "Radio 1" button.

If I use the default energy (windows) lock, I have not had one pause or lock up. I would think others would complain if the CHT was doing this on all phones. I assume it must be a combination of something along with the CHT lock. I like the CHT looks but the default one seems much faster and it can be locked when you turn off the phone. But I still think CHT is excellent overall, great work to the ones involved!

No mms fix is needed. just run your carrier provisioning cab from the tools folder. I'm on VRZ and had a similar issue. any mms fix cab will break the rom and you will have to hardreset.

all i did was run the provisioning cab from the tools folder and keyboard fix cab.

Sorry it didn't work for you. I don't know of anything else, I can dial numbers like (+1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx) without doing any fix or messing with any setting.

It might have been because of your cab file. I did not try the extra settings change until after I applied the cab file. So the extra setting (radio choice) may not have been there prior to that. But I appreciate the help.
