Thanks I thought that might be the case. it dosen't bother me at all The home tab is definately smother without the animation. Yes can't wait for new release with task manager!!

Sorry if i'm missing something obvious, but when ever i download one of the the files it only contains the .nbh file. The tutorial says it should also include CustomRUU.exe. So i don't know how to run the program without the .exe file. Could anyone help a newcomer out?

i don't know what you have read but the download for this after you extract is the .nbh file just throw it on your storage card not in any folders and boot up into bootloader. it hit yes and it does all the work for you. there is no exe or ruu that you are going to be fooling with

Great job with this 02/22 cookie home tab ROM. I like that the animation is disable on the home screen because it gets too choppy when enabled. The battery life is noticeable improved and the ROM maintains smoothness even with high processor utilization. The only Con is it does not seem to release system resource upon application termination (currently 79% from 82% earlier).

yeah, i try and read everything before i post a question. I feel like the tutorial should be changed to say this, if you want people to stop asking ... just a thought. But thanks for the heads up, i'm flashing today.
