Is there away to flip the smart lock slider back to the top on the 22nd build? I find it easier to unlock with one hand with it on the top.

someone mentioned about the swype issue... is that at everyone's case? if so wats the fix for it? (EDIT: when i load SWYPE, it says its for another device, it loads but when i used the swype, nothing types on the screen... any fix for that?)

do i still have to install Arcsoft mms? or is the htc messaging working fine on the 23540 feb 22nd build? (EDIT: its already built in it seems!!! )

the landscape isn't fixed as it says on the changelog, when i open my screen to show keyboard the wallpaper still cut off halfway, when i installed the bg wallpaper fix frm santd, i cant access the MaxManilla menu... anyone else had that issue? how do i fix the wallpaper issue in landscape and still be able to access the MM shortcut menu?


Also, the Sprint text comes on the top, anyway to remove it so i have more space for m shortcuts, etc etc...?

I dont know if this will help you. But when moving rom feb 7 rom to the 16th I had weird problems with connection. This is what i did.

Install 6.1, & programed it, this will change the radio back 1 version, then flash the newest rom for verizon and this will update the radio and program again. It worked. Just using the updated radio only cab didn't.

Dont ask me why sometimes we have to do the stupid dance. But for me it's only been twice.

Go to where your current connection shows #777

click the new/not edit button

Give it a name, anything that lets you know what the connection is and leave it set to cellular

next and you do need your keyboard for this, enter emgsm.vzw3g.com

next screen username = 1yournumber@vzw3g.com
password - vzw

click finish & reboot.

You should be set to go.

wow the 23540 rom is so much more stable than the 21892..... I used to use the 21892 rom to be conservative and would have all types of problems (hangs, spotty text messaging,...). i figure i would give the 23540 a try and i'm so much more impressed... If anyone has any reasoning for this I'd love to hear it...

I have run into the "authentication" issue multiple times. I discovered the same that clueless mentions above. If I flash directly to the Verizon 6.5 Stock ROM, I get the "authentication" issue everytime. I found that if I flash to the Verizon 6.1 Stock ROM, then the Verizon 6.5 Stock ROM I never have the issue. If I need to go to stock for some reason, I flash 6.1 then 6.5 and don't have the problems.

Pulled the info from stock rom..

the #777 is your phone, the other connection is what verizon uses for gsm mostly data type stuff. simple data seems to run fine but heavy data need the other. Least thats been my issue

sorry for asking so much, but wen i goto the messaging tab, the messages are timed but not in order, its like mixed up... how do i make it like before where the more recent messages r on the top? (EDIT: FIXED!!! (i forgot i changed the time on my phone to EASTERN ST n one messages was stuck...)!!! Thanx)
