go back 20 or so pages, full instructions on how to either flash from SD card or grab a RUU and flash from PC.

Not that I've found, unless you don't mind making the lockscreen password protected.

Mine also unlocks when the keyboard is even just partially slid open. There's a regedit from the Touch Pro ("SlideWakeup" = 0) but nothing works for me to solve this either.

Yep. The Manila location list is just a flat SQLite database.

Transfer 2330fc3c_manila from the \Windows directory to your PC. Make a copy of it (append .bak or something to the filename) in case you manage to corrupt the database or want to revert back to the stock in the future.

You can then use the open source SQLite Database Browser to open and edit 2330fc3c_manila.
