Can I just replace the nbh file on my old feb 4 files and install them from that or will that brick the phone? thanks

This has been asked a million times, but you have two options:

1) Use the flash from SD card method (very easy, check the sticky)
2) RUU from any other rom or someone released a package with just the RUU earlier in this thread.

Yes, just remove the .nbh file from an old one and replace it. Works just fine.
