Well...looks like sprint and T-mobile are the only ones without the official touch pro 2 6.5 rom. sux for us. verizon does now though. enjoy...bastards...j/k lol

With the 23518 non max manila rom, I'm also having very odd SMS issues. most of the time they don't send and I think even some incoming SMSes are being put into my mailboxes somehow. Gonna flash someone else's ROM now.

Yeah, its a shame us sprint slugs get left out. I do want to say that I am digging this rom big time..all the issues seem to be quite minor. Its the best I've tried so far!

Okay so I love your rom, Im actually using the previous version and tried to flash this rom several times and my tp2 keeps haning on the black "touch pro 2" screen and doesn't show the radio, rom etc.. at the bottom :/ Any ideas as to why this is? I really want to use this latest rom!! Thanks in advance for any help guys!!

LMAO your not missing much. The new stock rom didn't stay on mine for more then 30 minutes.. it has ijiot bugz they coulda fixed but didn't and considering they too hang out here, they could't do the fixes for querky clocks etc??

They put this leo WITH all the goodies & not stripped i might go back n stay.. lol .... dunno about stickin to it lol

If your phone is sim unlocked you dont need to sim unlock it again. If youre trying to flash a rom you need to have security unlocked tho. Thats the free one thats stickied to the forum.

that is were i went to the security app on my stock sprint Rom and it says your phone is sim unlock just want to make sure iam on the same page here

By the sounds of it you have either tried to flash the GSM version or something went wacko jacko in the file writing process. Did you wipe the device prior to trying to flash the new ROM? Just redownload the flavor of your choice from the hotfile page linked in the first post of this thread. I would flash the device back to stock, hard reset/wipe device, soft reset, flash the EnergyROM, hard reset after the ROM configs itself and soft resets, soft reset it again for good measure and you should be G2G. Yes it is extra resets but it will help assure you have cleared the RAM in the case that files may have been written incorrectly form the previous flash. It only takes a little extra time to make sure you get a clean flash after having issues with boot ups and random resets.
