So they got rid of the "block/square looking" bottom menu? So it looks like the "start menu" at the top... meaning it's flushed with the screen.

yes and 21xxx builds have never had the start menu on bottom

need some help just loaded the 21xxx and I can't get sense ui to start as a matter of fact it just locks up. I even hard reset
