Whaty exactly is the difference between sms & mms. Was never able to send pics on mms. Dissabled mms. inserting pics appear to the the same method.

Only other issue is that it shows I have 1 message but in fact it's the one I deleted.

1. No, this is normal, you will see the white screen for up to 5 seconds maybe and then it will go away, every single time you reboot.

2. go into "all messages" then in the upper left hand corner you will see "inbox" with a drop down arrow, click on the arrow and navigate to "deleted items" then selected the unread deleted item and your notification will go away.

All I did was run the Disable HTC Messaging cab. Adjusted my server settings.. And then changed my registry settings to I can send files bigger than 300k. I Can send and receive now..

Ok goldgrill. I am sure I can get that cab, but when you say adjust your sever settings, where does this take place? In Windows Messaging? Are you not using HTC messaging at all? Did you have to know some settings to adjust or are they preinstalled?

SMS is short messaging service..this normally just means txt messaging and it uses a side channel (runs in the overhead) that allows you to send/receive while on a call. MMS is multimedia messaging and it follows a similar protocol but uses data connection to send messages.

This is in windows messaging..Go to Messages tab and then click all messages.. Then hit menu and select MMS Options.. Then CDMA Server tab, then double click on SampleMMSC2.. Gateway should be blank.. Port number is 80.. Server address is http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms.. Connect via: The Internet.. Thats what I did and it works great..

I get that error when doing a hard reset after installing opera. one more soft reset seems to fix it for now.

Please I will like to know where this option has been moved to as I cannot find it. I want to disable Note starting when stylus is pulled out during call, also disable sending text upon call rejection.

Hey guys I need some help with the MMS ...cant send any info on this would help, is there an alternative instead of disabling the leo mms? I installed that cab that supposedly fixes it but it doesnt work.
