There is a camera shortcut in the action screen, but I'd prefer to map the soft key directly to it.

the answer to your question is in post#1. but since you asked, here the short answer, 6.5 is the latest official release from microsoft, 6.5.1 is more finger friendly but it's still in beta stage there for you should expext some bug in it. as for 2.5, its htc manila/sense UI. it's ported from htc leo/HD2. still got some bugs, only photo and music work in landscape and i believe there still not a completed fix for MMS vie manilla. 2.5 got more feature than 2.1. anyone welcome to correct me if i'm wrong.

Don't know what makes 235xx different from 230xx, though. From my experiments they seem awfully similar.

Yep, 23504 and 23088 is basically identical. They are made from different "COM's" of Microsoft, so different teams of developers are making them. They still end up with basically identical stuff though! Maybe MS just does that to mess with us, who knows.

If you're only seeing the Nov. 3rd version, you're looking in the wrong place. Although 23088 isn't out yet, there is a Nov. 9th version. Check the first post of this thread and click the Hotfile link. That's where the newest roms are.
