I am running the Nov 3 23081 ROM and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add Twitter as a Quick Launch on the main screen. For some reason, it doesn't show up in the list of programs. Any suggestions?

other than a tab in manila 2.5 and the widget (under programs -> internet -> widgets) that links only to ngr's twitter account there is no stand alone twitter program. You will have to install your own if you're not happy with the one built into manila 2.5

I like the one on the tab in manila 2.5. I was just hoping to add that one as a quick launch on the main screen. no biggie, though. i'll just rearrange the tabs and add the browser as a quick launch. thanks, though!

is there a way to change the wallpaper on the home tab WITH weather animations enabled? I want to use a sky background to match the cool floating clouds. No offense to NRGZ for his choice of background, but it's the only thing i don't like as far as looks go.. thanks.

yup go to the settings tab, select personalize, select home tab wall paper, select weather animation, then it will open your albums and you can select the background.

How is twitter in the new build on my build it doesn't seem to want to connect at times. I don't really use twitter that much but since it is there i feel compeld(wtf!) to use it.

6.5.1 question: How do I get it so the X doesn't close the app but puts it in the background? There was a setting in 6.1 and 6.5 but I can't find it anywhere in 6.5.1. I know how to get to Showcase, but there is never anything there, because I have to close one app to run another.

Are you using 23081? Have you tried this fix from the FAQ?

Before I used this ROM I swore I would never use any thing but Scot's kitchen, but here I am. Can't wait for him to release a final SSK kitchen for the TP2 though.

It seems to work okay for me, however I only really use it to update MM and NRGZ tweats.

anyone outhere know where i can get the old clock back? cant stand this new clock. flipping is just out of place. if not i'm going to flash back to 10-25 version.
