well, if yer on 21864... and you also have the SECOND (this evenings) Nov. 2nd release... then google maps worky, and mms worky (with worky around). otherwise... if yer on this mornings Nov. 2nd release... youll also find the locky slidy no worky too.

ok i know this is lazy but i have read all 122 pages of this thread over the last few days. im completely happy with the 10/25 release other than the no mms which i can live with out, but what i want to know is what is the difference between the 11/2 (both releases)and the 10/25 i cant find it and its not in the change log yet

I think I waited long enough to download the newest version... Says some file is missing from google. Did I somehow d/l too early?

• there is an action button instead of phone on homepage that brings up quick buttons for things like new email, new sms, new appt etc.
• google maps works
• MMS should work with workaround (hasn't for me)
• slider lock should work
• I thought I saw the send key where the left soft key was for SMS, but when I tried the MMS workaround it removed it, but I think that's a change for sure

Does anybody know the REG setting to change Keypad from Long Tones to the Short Tones in phone setting. I want to have Short Tones as default when I do hard resets. Magical and Google Voice only seems to work with the Short Tones.

ok one last thing their is this really annoying no sim card icon on the top bar where my service bars normally are and i cant get it to go away is that fixed. im on sprint and the 21864 release?
