just used the 23081 11/2 it has a bug on first boot. It says googlemap.cab does not exist and it freezes.

just use the 21864 that just got posted this last hour. 23081 is too buggy and not near as complete as 21864 and i think i read somewhere that they're not gonna pursue that build of 6.5.1 anyhow. sounds like its dead in the water to me.

tried option 1 for mms fix didn't work, trying "workaround" or option 2 now

EDIT: Didn't like option 2, messaging just stopped working all together for me
