The slider stays to the answer side but nothing happens until the call is disconnected on the other end. It benefits anyone that wants it set right & both to work.. some of use do take our setups seriously and since im working on cooking my own roms yea it matters!!! & lol at your Guy!

I understand for some it doesnt matter but some of us it does. for those that it does. we read play alittle more with it and before you know it everyone will have a good cab rom or whatever!

Maybe the first person that uses the cab instead of spending 10 min manually editing all their settings and then acidentally enters in something wrong and spends the next 2 days trying to figure out why nothing works.

That is a different problem than we were having... we would slide the slider to answer and just keep looking at the slider. You said you are actually looking at the dial pad but they cant hear you.

Thats not working on top of Sprints settings. You can name the server anything you want. Mine is usually set to samplemmsc and samplemmsc2. Nothing to do with how it actually works or sends. What does matter is the wap setting (none, 1.2, 2.0), server setting, port number, and ip address. Get any of that wrong and you will not be able to send and possibly not receive.

Im not talking about the servers: go into your registryarcsoft or they jaay settings the "name" is a key name not server. here the issue partucally with verizon... it sets some settings correctly. the reason some are still having problems is it points to a wrong :name: meaning a profile name. I kept finding them poitning to sprint.. not verizon or whatever...

you can actually only change the minor settings which actually works like Numskull uses.. which is why i said it floats ontop of sprint settings...

Has anyone else had an issue with sms not sending or reveiving on the Feb 4th version? I know about all of the mms stuff but have never had an issue with sms. I even tried going around the htc texting and the wm doesn't send or recieve either!! I gotta have the text. :0

If the key name and the name of the profile it points to is the same then it doesnt matter what you "name" it. For example Key name Sprint goes to Profile Sprint works fine because what youre change is the value in the profile not the name of the profile. If you decided to rename the profile to verizon, i.e. key name Sprint, profile name Verizon it wont work. That means you can have Key value "banana" as long as you have the profile named banana.

Install Energy Leo Feb 4th this morning from the Feb 1st Phoenix 2. OMG this kicks so much ass. It's as quick and stable as Phoenix and I can live with the minor glitches. Sometimes the home screen flickers from the weather animation and the text message count doesn't go away right away after reading the message but no big deal. Thanks NRG!!!

Oh yeah, install the No Push Internet CAB and you will get back 10MB of RAM!!!

If you installed one of those cabs.. you broke it!!!!! hardreset and set as indicated on previous post!... i have never been able to uninstall the cabs that supposed to fix it..
