to do it, turn your phone off, take off the back cover, then press the reset button-volume down button-and the end(power)button at the same time and hold it till you see an multi color screen. then plug it in to your usb. then open the rom file then click on the rom update utility icon. then it will start the update

thank you..wait another question why are the times all messed up on my calendar..it looks like its showing my appointments like 3 hours in advance lol...for instance i work 12-6 tomorrow...and its showing 8am to 3pm

You can flash this ROM like any other, no need to enter bootloader first or put the ROM image on your SD card.

Plug phone into USB, make sure ActiveSync or WMDC is connected to the device, and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe which you extracted from the EnergyROM rar. Entering bootloader first is optional, and generally only used to flash from the SD or to reflash a botched flash that won't let you into Windows Mobile.

Does anyone have the release from the 20th available? I would like to run that one vs the newest version if anyone has it and can upload it or re up the link for it since I had trouble finding in the archive. Future thnx. Right now I'm running the release from Jan 14th and it's been great so the Jan 20th is the update to this one. The newest release has MM 2.9 and I don't really care for it too much so if anyon else is one Jan 20th and has it on their pc I would appreciate it if you could upload it and share I'm sure I'm not the only one looking for it. Thanx again

There is a release from the 25th, without MM2.9 in it!

I'm giving up on the recent version of this ROM...love the theory, hate the practice (on my phone). Full charge at 9:00 pm last night before I went to sleep. Completely dead by 4:30 am. My back-up alarm clock went off, fortunately, but a ROM that discharges a battery within a 7.5 hour time frame when it's not in use?

Great looking ROM, though.

I have not had any issues like that at all with his roms.
You must have it polling the towers a lot or something.
Are you in a spotty coverage area?
