I havent updated the 28011, but the inital 28011 is sucking the life outa mine. Thats without auto updates on weather mail or anything.

I love the the buttons at the bottom. so Won;t try the other. makes one handed working great

When I try to use the task manager in the upper right hand corner on the home screen trying to access open programs it brings up the Notifications Screen after a second. It's really aggravating. Hopefully this is a known issue. I don't Flash Dance but I do Pre & Post Hard Reset when Flashing.

Which 28011 are you on? There is a Dec. 7th Hotfile but nothing for Dec 10 (his latest upload)

What's up guys? I just upgraded to TP2 from a regular TP. I flashed every rom out there for the touch pro but an unfamiliar with these roms, although some of the chefs are the same. I've always been partial to NRG. I was lookin for some info as to which is the best rom for the tp2? I notice NRG has 2 different roms here. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys..

I'm running 28011_RHOD500_07.Dec.2009_StandardM2.5 and I'm havin issues with my album uploader. I recorded a video with the camera and tried uploading it to youtube through HTC Album. get's to 100% and at the end it says:

Upload Failed:

"The Service is not available at this time. Please try again later".

Anybody have this issue or a solution for this. I did search this thread but no luck yet. Any help would be appreciated!

In maxmanila, if you quickly swipe the main screen in either direction, it should bring up the settings screen with 16 boxes...on the bottom row, the third box is for calendar. You can change the setting there. I believe the default is 0 and is why you are not seeing any appointments now. Click on the box to go through the options. The options are:

1- 1 calendar appointment
1c - 1 calendar appointment and call history
2 - 2 calendar appointments
3 - 3 calendar appointments

There are two things that I have been running on my TP2 with every ROM I have flashed that seem to work well with everything, and I have yet to have a memory drain issue or battery issues on any ROM I have flashed to date on mine.

CleanRAM v1.9.1

-Install Cab.
-Open <cleanRAM Config>
-Tap "Menu" (Right Soft Key)
-Check "Enabled"
-Under "CleanUp Programs" select "Level 2" in the drop down menu
-Under "Time" select "Every 1 Hour" in the drop down menu
-Under "Days" select "Every Day" (Should have all 7 days selected as well)
-Tap "Reset Timer" (Right Soft Key)
-Tap "Menu" (Right Soft Key)
-Choose "Settings"
-Select/Deselect any options to suit you. I prefer to just have the wait cursor, WakeUp Device, and Display Today when finished. and that's it.

You also have the option to exclude applications from the CleanUp process, Garmin is one thing I always add to this list, but anything that you do not want to have close when the schedule runs...just put the EXE in this list.

nueBattery2 for the TP2 CDMA

-Open <nueTools\nueBattery2 Settings>
-Select "Don't Round Percentage (1% Increment)"
-Select "Enable Fast Charge"
-Select "Disable Flight Mode"
-DO NOT ADJUST TEMPERATURE LIMIT OR LIMIT RESET! (There is no need to, I have not tried it yet, but read what no2chem has to say via the link).
-Tap "OK" in upper right (or lower right depending on build number).

These settings work for me, I believe cleanRAM is a better alternative than Oxios CloseApps, even though both are very good. I hope this has helped at least some one, and I would recommend including these apps with future builds as they are very useful IMHO.
