Do you know if the EnergyRom 23081 m2.1 build has the start bar on the bottom of the screen? I have to have MMS for work and nothing i have tried works.

I believe all 23081 Roms will have the start bar on the bottom. It is related to that build and not TF3D.

I had Juicy's ROM on before the EnergyROM 21864. I liked it as it wasn't as loaded as this one like FM Radio (which is useless for me) plus a lot more apps. I think they are pretty even...

Yeah, it has all that...m2.5 has the quick launch icons on the home tab.

In fact with that said the WM6.5 SMS/MMS Client MMS Composer Version 5.2.7.34 sends and receive MMS messages fine after you configure it correctly without disabling anything.

I agree, and found your process easy as well as effective (that is, after I figured out I had to hard reset because the MMS 2.1 + MMS 2.5 fix I tried disabled SMS/MMS as an option in tmail...)

There was a tool that allowed you to change the intensity of the vibration for some previous WM phones (6700 or TP maybe), but I am not finding it now. Anyone else remember this tool?
