I'm assuming you're talking about the WMediaPlayer...but, I think the reason it does that is because it always starts with the first song on the list, and then shuffles... so it's random, but the program never starts randomly. you might want to create a new playlist, or use the HTC musictab.. try that. I don't think I ever had a problem using the music tab.

Other possible cause in failure to connect to WMDC is due to driver installation may not have completed successfully. If you think this may be the case, follow these steps:

1. Keep the WM device connected.
2. Go to Start > Start Search.
3. Enter Device Manager or devmgmt.msc to launch the Device Manager window.
4. Look under the Network adapters node for Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter. If this is not present, skip to step 5. Otherwise, right-click Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter and choose to Uninstall.
5. Look under the Mobile Devices node for Microsoft USB Sync. If this is not present, skip to step 6. Otherwise, right-click Microsoft USB Sync and choose to Uninstall.
6. Disconnect and reconnect the WM device. The device driver for the PPC Phone will re-install and Windows Mobile Device Center will launch.

It appears that wen NRG tweeted yesterday that Rhodium 23557 ROMs were going up, he meant GSM ROMs. Plus the GTX theme was not updated to 23557 on the GSM side.

Will just need to wait patiently I guess...

Trying the new ROMs and something is breaking the tab bar and causing it to sink below the bottom taskbar on 23554. It happens when I install a cab. I am going to flash back to April 1 and see if that is better.

And getting battery bleed as well. Down to 93% in 10 minutes after pulling off all night charge. Down to 85% in 1 hour doing nothing with it.

Sounds like a bad flash.

Has anyone been able to get a dual clock to install on either one the 2.5 manilia roms or the GTX? Having no luck! The clock I would love would be clear clock from the GTX rom with an Analog clock and then black font through the rest of manilia so I can use lighter colored wallpapers!

Not sure if you mean windows media player, or the HTC music tab, but I have this issue on the music tab. always shuffles into roughly the same order, even after a reflash or hard reset.

Like sense all togther like it is in the GTX rom. So when you get a text and your back ground is white, you cna read it. Then if the clock was clear the numbers would be black.
