HTC Messaging isn't in the ROMS dated feb.22.

ok, Ive been on the latest ROM (23540_Feb_22_Co0kieMonster) and its the greatest so far:
Pros
-no delays on SMS
-MMS just works, in/out... at last, thanks NRG!!!
-battery is as good or better than WM Build 23518
-quick, responsive and predictable
-BG4all tabs including landscape
-GPS/Data connections....Rocks!!
-Music Tabs works 100%
-WM media player works 100%... Curently enjoying "Bank Job" on lunch break
-Calander works
-Using Opera 10 (Duck Ninja version) its solid

this is only what I use on a daily basis,

Cons:

-Does not charge when shut down the device even though its plugged in the outlet and not PC

...and thats all I have to say about that.

do a fresh flash of Feb_22, install MrX provisioning and PRL CAB, turn on all services AGPS, LOCATION and soft reset. I didnt add any of the other CABS i usaully do (Elephant007 Sprint MMS fix, disable MMS, MMS fix 2.1 or M2.5)

go to Phot Tab
choose your photo to send
Click Pic then it goes to a menu
choose "Mail"
choose "Picture Messaging"
In the send "TO:" line delete @;
insert recepient
click "Send"

Even when you send yourself a Pic it takes less than a minute to go and come back. When it does come back all you do is follow mssge and click on the download icon on the right side of the mssge notification. Couldnt be any easier.
