Same here.. about a 3 sec delay on loading album cover. But what does annoy me is when the screen rotates to landscape by accident on the music tab and I have to wait about 7 seconds to rotate it back to portrait. That's where my lag is.

I know about that, and I think that is what he meant by it as well as what I meant by it. If we can bypass that process and just click start menu and settings like in previous WM6.5 ROMs where it took us straight to the settings page instead of having to go to the settings tab in manila then click menu and then go to All Settings.

I know that we could change the target of that shortcut in the Start Menu folder inside Windows to direct us straight to the settings page instead of the Settings tab. Just gotta find out what .lnk or .exe or combination with an argument takes us to that particular Settings page.

I tested it on my phone and I would say the alternate keys show after about 300 ms, but definitely not 1 second and almost surely under a half second.

Did you find the regedit for this? If so can you kindly share? I came across it somewhere on Mighty's thread last week but passed on trying it. As well do you have a recommended setting? I swear the stock SIP was slightly more accurate/quicker. Or maybe I'm just imagining it..
