Both are already attached to the thread. No additional server edits needed. Just tested and worked great to send and receive!!

In other areas, looks like the 2016 SMS Bug is still there?

As with I believe the past 2 Juicy releases I never installed anything to make MMS work. I just went into my Email Inbox and slid to the SMS/MMS screen and composed MMS via that. Or I did it via my albums selecting Mail and Picture Message. Worked everytime. So not sure why you have to install something different that is already there! But I know different people have different issues. So maybe for whatever reason that is what you have to do to make it work. Sorry for you! :)

Craig

OK, so I found the cab and installed it. I can now receive MMS but not send. Anyone else on Verizon have the same problem? If not can we compare settings?

Thanks in advance...

Oh man. I'd really tell you to "READ THE THREAD" cause you can answer your own questions. But since that'll be hypocritical to what I stand for in life (more effort to be a smart ass, than to actually help) I'll do both.

1) READ THE THREAD BEFORE POSTING YOUR QUESTIONS

2) INSTALL YOUR PROVISIONING CAB

3) 3G ICON IS A CUSTOM ICON

Going to my email inbox and sliding over to send MMS makes no sense.... no pun intended.

Perhaps going to album and sending that way will work, I didn't try it.

Either way I provided a "solution" for him. Move along. ](*,)

Oh you must have read my statement that said I am against finding a real solution to fixing MMS for 2.5 messaging in Sprint.

Er wait, that was fabricated in your head. When did I ever say that or come off to saying that? I was SIMPLY PROVIDING A SOLUTION TO THE DUDE WHO WAS ASKING. PM me if you want to continue this non sense. :violent1:

no you can keep your non-sense to yourself

anyway, on topic R8 seems to be working nicely except the bugs I reported earlier!

still cant wait for the BT Stack to be switched out... it makes my brain bleed... (you know its constantly bleeding but whatever)

Yes indeed good ROM.

However, still have this issue... No audio in Kinoma at all now though, mp3s, streaming, etc.

Ringtones are corrupted again as well. And cannot open youtube. :(

He may be going to the album or to email inbox and swiping over to send it.

You cant send it from HTC messaging out of the box (or at all).

The cabs you are looking for are attached to the thread. Go back to the TP2 upgrades forum, click the little paperclip on this thread's header. They are there along with a bunch more cabs.

From the actual picture>Send icon>Messages>Picture SMS (something like that) and it will send. no mms cab installed.

I use Kinoma Play and the sound is streaming without issue as are the ringtones. I know it doesn't help resolve your issue but it certainly can work.

I'm still looking for someone on Verizon to help me with my MMS Messaging which will receive but not send.

Anyone?

Manual run can be found in \Windows directory by using File Explorer
