Here is some info regarding tethering:

Shipped IntShr.exe (usually its in drivers folder and hard to notice that sneaky file) made by Broadcom (in properties) is a garbage file,made to count tether data for carriers.

IntshrUI.exe from sys (module) nice and clean,made by MS

IntShr.exe triggers when people selecting Internet Sharing from USB to PC popup

IntShrUI.exe-from start menu

My theory is those who had charges used usb to pc popup and this ROM comes with shipped IntShr.exe.

Easy fix: recmod MS IntShrUI.exe module and rename file to IntShr.exe.Overwrite in windows dir and problem solved.
Credit goes to MM and Mr.X for discovering that bad file

Its just my opinion.Hope this helps.
The real problem is if this method will fix the problem,why nobody posted it earlier?More good ROMs is good thing,why people hiding the fixes?
