Stealth tethering IS there, and I tested it myself; however, obviously something is wrong. TO EVERYONE: PLEASE DO NOT USE TETHERING UNTIL I'M DONE INVESTIGATING THIS. Wi-Fi Router should be fine, since it doesn't use fishy things like this.

I use alarms every morning, all three of them. They ring like they're supposed to. Let's see if someone else is having this issue.

I've been running solid since before I posted the ROM. I wonder what happened. Sorry to hear this happened, though. Any info on particular stuff you guys installed close to the time this happened?

Alls i've really installed were the tweaks you provided for your roms. Like sprint tv, nav, boot screen, etc.

Oh, whoops. It's part of the original Verizon settings and I must have forgotten to take it out in the carrier cab. Here's the registry entry for it:

EDIT: I checked and I actually didn't forget to include this tweak in the carrier settings. The Arcsoft cab you installed must have that notification enabled.

This is the wrong SMS delivery notification. The registry value you're referring to makes it so you don't get a confirmation text message from the system administrator, saying that your message was successfully sent.

The one I want to disable is the message box that pops up on the phone after you send a text. I've included a screen shot for reference.

Thanks for that tip.

However, I am trying to place the camera, camcorder, youtube and calculator shortcuts into folders in the start menu as well, however even when I delete them they still appear...

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/htc-touch-...ml#post1106171 <- that is the registry edit your looking for bud. I set mine to 0 so the sms icon just winks at me when it sends an sms.

There were about 3 things I did prior to the problem so I'm sure one of those messed it up causing the need to hard reset. One was trying a couple of fixes for the 10 second dimming of phone after using the unlock. Can't remember others. All is fine now so no big loss.
