How do I disable the lock screen?

what do you mean disable the lock screen?

also to darren, data disconnect is required to disconnect data (it doesn't just provide that pop-up) I have been working to get rid of the popup but so far all I have gotten it to do is draw the text correctly. lol

to whoever asked if it was possible to get the WM default titanium look back, yes it is. I can cab that up and post it.

about the aqua - also still working on this. What happened was I got rid of setting the TSK with RunCC and tried to set all the theme elements manually so it would boot faster. I succeeded everywhere except that ONE color! also still working on that, quite a pain. I may just have to accept the few extra seconds it takes to set a TSK..

EDIT: here is the slow, clunky, original microsoft-intended titanium in a cab, installing this will of course remove any non MS panels like favorites, power, toggles....

I would like to remove the lock screen from the kitchen so it won't cook in. I have a Verizon model TP2 and maybe there is something in the EPST setting that the lock screen doesn't like. I found a folder in the kitchen that said RZ_Lock Screen and deleted it but its still in the rom, so I guess that wasn't it.

Honestly Man your kitchen and Rom's work great compared to other I've tried. And thank you for sharing your kitchen and time. The lock screen is my only issue really and its not bad.

About the Aqua color: I can't speak for everyone but if it takes a few more seconds for perfection...well I can wait 10 more.

I know a few seconds doesn't kill anyone, and it is just on the first boot. but man it's driving me crazy, nobody has been able to do it in my ppcgeeks friends circle and they all just gave up too.. maybe I will have to.

lock screen is in SYS, you might try removing anything with lockscreen in the name, I am not sure if this works.. not even sure if it'll boot like that but give it a shot.

EDIT: I am trying this now. btw, rz_lockscreen is just my customization of the PIN entry screen (the wm one is slow and laggy, so I made a simpler one (that, of course, has blue in it

ok so removing the lockscreen stuff just removes the WM 6.5 lock screen, but I see no way to get rid of WM 6.1 lock screen...

Raid,

I Deleted three file in the sys:
*Lockscreen
*Lockscreen_DPI_192
*LockscreenNonEA

The phone boots and works fine but after all that there is still another unlock thing now. This one I seen on the shipped ROM. Its just a button that says unlock.
On the other hand it doesn't fight with the dialer so I will try it this way for awhile to check stability.

EDIT: I read you edit in the post above. Yup...6.1 lockscreen.

Case anyone is interested. The cab below contains cpr files that disable the arrow animation loop. It has solved issues that I have had with the lockscreen in the past. It also saves some of memory.

The other cab seems to have worked to disable the #777 popup message.
It requires sdkcerts. Remnet.exe is responsible for the popup. The cab installs an empty exe named remnot into \windows and associated reg entry so that when remnet is called for nothing happens. It has worked for me so far.

Edit: I have not tried this, but if you go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:MSREMNET and delete the string Remnet.exe it may get rid of the message as well (or just delete the key altogether)

HECK YEAH! thanks man! will try this out immediately. I am also all about saving RAM, dont care about titanium scrolling loop. I would like it to stop.

edit: I see what you meant.. you meant to stop the arrows from showing on either side of the lock icon (the ones I worked so hard on to make blue and dark..) oh well. memory is better than looks.

edit 2: don't delete that key, will break data altogether. hard resetting now.. lol
edit 3: deleting that string does not stop the popup.
edit 4: neither does the cab... but maybe I messed something up hard resetting and will reinstall it.
edit 5: no love from the 777 notification disable. I am going to make a blank remnet.exe and just overwrite remnet and see what happens when it is cooked. have to wait for tonight though unless I am feeling dangerous enough to flash my work phone with an experimental rom that may not have a data connection..
edit 6: I was feeling dangerous and went ahead and cooked and flashed like that (remnet.exe as a blank file) data still works but the popup is still there. I have concluded that remnet.exe is NOT responsible for the popup.

Alright Raid i can't achieve the 135+MB you're getting but i do get about 129MB on boot...

Still working on the icons, i have most of them but there's a couple trouble children (any new programs i install - you can see them at the bottom of the start menu- and a couple of the goofy ones in the system tab), overall i'm pretty happy with it...thanks again!
