Use 7zip (free) or winzip, extract the files and click on rom update utility, it will handle everything from there as normal.

Sorry for my mystic "concur" post and run Darren- I concurred with users having YouTube issues- I do and have no taskbars installed, only R6 16link santod and Mr X clock via page1 cab. I can't find any mention of youtube on my sdcard but need to look harder- my battery died before I could dig in. I really don't think I broke it, however, I think it's sensitive to the slightest mod to manilla. The reason I say that is twice, after it locked up on me (and I ran something, no sound, so hit the little arrow to back out) it locked.. I just task manager closed it, but the youtube top and bottom frames stayed on all the 'pages, tabs' etc that I flipped to.

cookie mod both 1.54 and 1.6 cause the youtube problem. i believe i saw that the santod 16 quicklinks works, guess ill try them out

r2 1922 16 breaks youtube
installing stock 6.5 slider icons does it too
